Bad Things Happen
12-15-08...Welcome to "Chill Blog" This site will hopefully inform
you, motivate you and inspire you to help bring the United States of America back
to its cultural roots of Christian-Judeao" principles. This past election motivated
me to get more involved and I hope to do the same for you. Sure, I voted... I contributed
money to conservative candidates...Wrote a few letters to Congress...Faxed a few
letters to Congress but, as the results of the election told us, we as conservatives,
did not do enough. We must fight back and I mean fight back. We have the "Drive-By"
media to contend with, the under or ill informed public that votes with emotion rather
than facts, the liberal college teachers and administrators who continue to try
and silence the conservative view. These are just a few of the things that we are
up against. Although, there is still hope as 59,923,677 of you did not vote for Barrack
Obama and the socialist agenda.

Action Speaks
12-15-08...I was watching football on TV today and had the sound off as not to disturb
my friend who was sleeping in the next room after pulling an unscheduled Midnight
to 8 AM shift at our local animal emergency hospital. Just watching the events unfold
without commentary was quite refreshing. Having played football, I understood what
I was watching and I did not need any immediate commentary to know what was going
on. The graphics on the screen told me what the score was, what quarter it was and
how many minutes where left in said quarter, what the down was and how far to go
to get a first down. My point with all of this is "Actions speak louder than words"
and that is all we have to monitor our elected representatives. Mr. Obama can speak
very eloquently but what will his actions be. Will he maintain and improve our military?
Will he preserve our Second Amendment Rights? Will he cut taxes or "Re-Distribute"
the wealth? Will he bring back the "Fairness Doctrine"? What will the so-called "Mainstream
Media" tell us about important events that unfold before us? Again, my point is look
and see what is actually happeneing and not just go with a few sound bites and headlines.
Too many Americans are persuaded by these sound bites and headlines and very eloquent
speakers and we need to as responsible citizens look deeper into the actions of our
leaders.
